UI Design Engineer
🎨 The short version
You have serious design taste and you want to build the real thing, not toss a Figma file over the wall and hope a developer reads your mind. You live in AI tools. You want to own a feature from blank canvas to live in production.

Here’s how most design jobs work: you make something pixel-perfect in Figma, hand it to a developer, then wait, and watch it come back slightly wrong.

✨ What you’ll actually do
Design 🎨
- Craft intuitive, polished interfaces for our customer platform and our internal tools
- Use Figma to explore ideas and figure out the right experience
Build ⚡
- Turn your designs into pixel-perfect, production-ready interfaces in Claude Code, using our real component library
- Wire features up end to end, with the engineering team right beside you
- You won’t be doing this alone, and you won’t be expected to know everything on day one. We’ll have your back while you get up to speed.
🎯 What we’re looking for
Design taste comes first. The build side we can coach. The eye, we can’t.
- 🏆 A portfolio that makes us go “wow”, serious UI/UX chops, front and center
- 🤖 You already live in AI tools, hands-on experience with Claude Code (or similar) is a hard requirement. This role doesn’t exist without it
- 🛠️ Comfortable designing in code with a real component library (you don’t need to be a coding wizard, just unafraid)
- 🎨 Fluent in Figma for ideation and exploration
- 💬 Excellent written and spoken English, and a genuine curiosity about people
- 🧩 A sharp problem-solver who can juggle priorities and manage their own time
